BMW X3 xDrive20i car rental in Warsaw
This is the only X3 in our fleet with xDrive all-wheel drive, and the cheapest way to rent a genuinely all-wheel-drive SUV from us. The F25 generation is older than our other X3s, and that is precisely what the price difference reflects. It goes out to customers heading into the mountains in winter, to a summer house down an unmade road, or to a building site where the approach is churned up and one driven axle ends in pushing.
The car belongs to our comfort class: 5 seats, an automatic gearbox and a petrol engine. Every day includes 300 km, third-party insurance with roadside assistance in Poland, servicing and seasonal tyres, and a second driver. The deposit is 3 000 PLN. We hold it on a card at handover and release it once the car has been checked on return.
We hand the BMW X3 xDrive20i over in Warsaw: at our office on Wiejska 12/3 free of charge, at Chopin Airport for 80 PLN, or at an address you give us for 120 PLN. We rent for at least 5 days, and the longer the booking, the lower the daily rate. We have been running the rental for 8 years.

When is all-wheel drive worth paying for?
When the route involves winter climbs, unmade access roads, a churned-up building site or a mountain trip out of season. For driving around Warsaw on winter tyres, one driven axle is entirely enough and another car from the fleet will cost you less. Tell us the planned route and we will advise.
How much does it cost to rent the BMW X3 xDrive20i?
We rent for at least 5 days. A day costs 199 PLN, a week 1 367 PLN and a month 3 900 PLN. The longer the booking, the lower the daily rate. Pick your dates in the calendar on this page to see the total.
What is the deposit for the BMW X3 xDrive20i?
The deposit is 3 000 PLN. We hold it on a payment card issued in the renter's name at handover and release it once the car has been checked on return, within three working days at the latest.
How many kilometres are included?
Each day includes 300 km. The allowance adds up across the whole booking, so a one-week booking gives you seven times that, to use however you like. Every kilometre above the allowance costs 1.20 PLN and is settled on return.
What is included in the price?
Third-party insurance with roadside assistance in Poland, servicing, inspections and seasonal tyres, a second driver at no charge once named in the contract, and pick-up at our office. The car is handed over with a full tank and returned the same way.

What documents do I need?
An ID card or passport, a category B driving licence valid in Poland, and a payment card for the deposit issued in the renter's name. A second driver shows the same documents and is added to the contract at no extra cost.
Can I take this car abroad?
Yes, within the European Union, as long as you tell us in advance and the trip is written into the contract. We need this to extend the insurance and roadside assistance to the destination country. Without it the cover does not apply outside Poland.
Is the BMW X3 xDrive20i available on my dates?
Check the calendar on this page. Booked days and service buffers are marked, and any other day can be selected. Once you pick your dates, the form works out the price and takes the booking. Those days leave the calendar straight away, and the booking is binding once the office confirms it.
Can I lower the deposit on the BMW X3 xDrive20i?
Yes. The standard deposit is 3 000 PLN, but with excess insurance at 60 PLN per day it drops to 1 500 PLN. If there is damage covered by the insurance, you then pay no excess. You tick the insurance when booking, and the charge never exceeds the amount it takes off the deposit.
