Renault Espace 2.0 dCi

As standard the Espace has five seats and a large boot, so five people can easily take their luggage on a trip. If we fit the two third-row seats, there is room behind them for a few soft bags, but not for a full set of hard suitcases. For a longer trip with seven on board it is worth working out the luggage in advance; with more to carry, consider a roof box on the rails or one of our vans. We are happy to advise when you book.

The three second-row seats are individual and can be folded, so the load area can be arranged for a specific job, for example four people plus a bike. We fit the two third-row seats on request; just tell us when you book. Please do not remove the seats from the car during the rental, and tell us when booking if you need the full load area, because then a different car will suit you better.

We rent for at least 5 days. A day costs 129 PLN, a week 880 PLN and a month 2 500 PLN. The longer the booking, the lower the daily rate. Pick your dates in the calendar on this page to see the total.

The deposit is 1 200 PLN. We hold it on a payment card issued in the renter's name at handover and release it once the car has been checked on return, within three working days at the latest.

Each day includes 300 km. The allowance adds up across the whole booking, so a one-week booking gives you seven times that, to use however you like. Every kilometre above the allowance costs 1 PLN and is settled on return.

Third-party insurance with roadside assistance in Poland, servicing, inspections and seasonal tyres, a second driver at no charge once named in the contract, and pick-up at our office. The car is handed over with a full tank and returned the same way.

At our office on Wiejska 12/3 in Warsaw free of charge, at Chopin Airport for 80 PLN, or at an address you give us for 120 PLN. The return is settled the same way.

An ID card or passport, a category B driving licence valid in Poland, and a payment card for the deposit issued in the renter's name. A second driver shows the same documents and is added to the contract at no extra cost.

Yes, within the European Union, as long as you tell us in advance and the trip is written into the contract. We need this to extend the insurance and roadside assistance to the destination country. Without it the cover does not apply outside Poland.

Check the calendar on this page. Booked days and service buffers are marked, and any other day can be selected. Once you pick your dates, the form works out the price and takes the booking. Those days leave the calendar straight away, and the booking is binding once the office confirms it.

Yes. The standard deposit is 1 200 PLN, but with excess insurance at 45 PLN per day it drops to 600 PLN. If there is damage covered by the insurance, you then pay no excess. You tick the insurance when booking, and the charge never exceeds the amount it takes off the deposit.
